Wall & Space Congress

At the first international “Wall & Space Congress”, 20 participants from seven countries came together with experts from urban development and urban research. They discussed the development, the current situation and the future of murals in public space, their limits and their potentials.

During the five-day congress, participants from all over Europe exchanged views on various aspects and current trends of urban art in European cities. Topics included the opportunities and risks of planned urban art, strategies for legal walls and future scenarios for cities in dealing with murals and street art.
