Angelehnt an den internationalen \u201eRestaurant Day\u201c er\u00f6ffnen Privatleute f\u00fcr einen Tag ihr eigenes \u201eRestaurant\u201c oder ein Bistro und laden Andere zu sich ein. Die Ursprungsidee stammt aus Finnland und belebt mit einfachen Mitteln den \u00f6ffentlichen Raum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 Der Pop-Up-Bistro-Day in Magdeburg ermuntert Menschen vor ihrer Wohnungst\u00fcr, aus dem Fenster, im Vorgarten oder einfach auf dem Gehweg ein eigenes kleines Bistro zu er\u00f6ffnen und Mitmenschen das Beste aus der eigenen K\u00fcche anzubieten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 Niedrigschwellig, kommunikativ und den Kiez mit wenig Mitteln belebend, funktioniert dieses Veranstaltungsformat schon mittlerweile im dritten Jahr in Folge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00a0Ob selbstgemachte Limonade, syrische deftige Spezialit\u00e4ten oder vegane Schokomuffins, Menschen kommen beim Pop-Up-Bistro-Day sehr einfach miteinander in Kontakt und haben auch nach der Veranstaltung einen Grund, sich bei einem zuf\u00e4lligen Wiedersehen zu gr\u00fc\u00dfen und f\u00fcr einen Plausch stehen zu bleiben.
\u00a0Unabh\u00e4ngig aus welcher sozialen Bubble die Nachbar:innen sind, das Veranstaltungsformat vereint mit seiner \u201eKiezliebe\u201c die Menschen und unterst\u00fctzt dabei Vorurteile abzubauen und erm\u00f6glicht Gespr\u00e4che.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
