Der Wall & Space e.V. ist seit 2022 Teil eines Kooperativen Passagemanagements in der Neust\u00e4dter Passage. Gemeinsam mit seinen lokalen Kooperationspartner*innen bildet er eine Koordinationsstelle f\u00fcr die Akteur*innen des Neust\u00e4dter Stadtteilzentrums und tr\u00e4gt auf vielf\u00e4ltige Weise zur Aufwertung und positiven Weiterentwicklung der Passage bei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Das Kooperative Passagemanagement ist ein Zusammenschluss aus Wall & Space e.V., Kulturb\u00fchne Neustadt e.V.<\/a>, Wert der Dinge<\/a>, Freiraumgalerie – Kollektiv f\u00fcr Raumentwicklung<\/a> und Passage 13<\/a>. Zu den gemeinsamen Aufgabenfeldern z\u00e4hlen unter anderem folgende T\u00e4tigkeiten: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Aufbau und Steuerung von Kommunikations- und Kooperationsstrukturen<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Aktivierung lokaler Akteur*innen zu eigenem Engagement und der Initiierung eigener Projekte<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– \u00d6ffentlichkeitsarbeit, Imageaufwertung und positive Identifikation mit der Neust\u00e4dter Passage als Stadtteilzentrum<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Bildungs-, Soziokultur- und Veranstaltungsprogramm der lokalen Einrichtung Passage 13<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Kunst im \u00f6ffentlichen Raum<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– kreative Bau-Aktionen und Freifl\u00e4chenbespielung<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Die Ergebnisse und Handlungsempfehlungen des ersten Projektjahres sind in einem Ma\u00dfnahmenkonzept zusammengefasst. Dieses ist auf der neu erstellten Homepage der Passage Neustadt zum Download verf\u00fcgbar (coming soon).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
