Moralische Verantwortung habt ihr ohnehin f\u00fcr euer Handeln – setzt euch gelegentlich in einer ruhigen Minute zusammen und \u00fcberlegt, ob euer Projekt immer noch zum \u201eGuten\u201d beitr\u00e4gt: erf\u00fcllt ihr die Ziele, f\u00fcr die ihr mal angetreten seid? Soziale Verantwortung ist das Gegenst\u00fcck zu Vertrauen. Steht f\u00fcr das, was ihr tut, gegen\u00fcber den Leuten, die es betrifft gerade. Bei den Dingen, auf die ihr stolz seid, f\u00e4llt das leicht. Wenn ihr mal etwas gemacht habt, worauf ihr weniger stolz seid, m\u00fcsst ihr wohl oder \u00fcbel in den sauren Apfel bei\u00dfen und euch entschuldigen.<\/span><\/p>\n

Manchmal kann auch “niemand” verantwortlich sein – aber nur, solange nichts passiert!<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Interessant ist die rechtliche Verantwortung. Bis zu einem gewissen Grad kann es bei Aktionen im \u00f6ffentlichen Raum sinnvoll sein, die Verantwortung zu verschleiern: Wenn man f\u00fcr ein Blumenbeet keine\u00a0 Genehmigung kriegt, kann es nat\u00fcrlich trotzdem auftauchen, und solange kein Name dran steht, ist auch kaum nachzuweisen, wer f\u00fcr die Errichtung verantwortlich ist. Euch muss aber klar sein, dass das Ordnungsamt nicht bl\u00f6d ist und meistens durchaus wei\u00df, wer daf\u00fcr verantwortlich ist – solange alles gepflegt ist, kann es aber sein, dass die Erkl\u00e4rung \u201eDie Verantwortlichen waren nicht ausfindig zu machen\u201d f\u00fcr sie so bequem ist wie f\u00fcr euch. Das funktioniert aber nat\u00fcrlich nur so lange, wie keinem ein Schaden entsteht!<\/span><\/p>\n

Wenn eine Person die Verantwortung \u00fcbernommen hat darf niemand sie im Regen stehen lassen!<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

In den meisten F\u00e4llen werdet ihr jedoch nicht umhin kommen, eine*n Verantwortliche*n zu benennen – schon allein, weil es ja auch meistens kein Problem ist. Stellt sicher, dass die Person “greifbar\u201d ist: Wenn die einzige Person, die unterschreiben darf, f\u00fcr 7 Monate in Peru ist, wird es schwierig. Und stellt sicher, dass die Person voll hinter dem Projekt steht: Nichts ist unangenehmer, als f\u00fcr etwas die Verantwortung \u00fcbernommen zu haben, das man nur so semigut findet! Das hei\u00dft auch, dass der\/die Verantwortliche im Zweifelsfall ein Vetorecht hat!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Zu guter Letzt: Wer die Verantwortung \u00fcbernommen hat, kann als einzige*r nicht einfach abtauchen. Wenn das Event vorbei ist, alle m\u00fcde sind, heimgehen, dringend f\u00fcr eine Pr\u00fcfung lernen m\u00fcssen, was auch immer, muss der\/die Verantwortliche aufr\u00e4umen – notfalls auch allein.
