Aber fragt euch auch gegenseitig, wie es allen einzeln geht: Wer ist \u00fcberfordert oder ausgeschlossen, wer findet die Diskussionskultur aggressiv oder langatmig, wer zweifelt daran, ob das Ganze hier \u00fcberhaupt noch einen Sinn ergibt? Wenn ihr dar\u00fcber nicht in den ruhigen Momenten redet, wird es euch in den schlechten Momenten aus heiterem Himmel \u00fcberrollen. Passt aufeinander auf &#8211; auch darauf, wie es euch geht.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00dcberlegt euch gelegentlich, warum ihr das Ganze macht. Wo wollt ihr als Gruppe hin, was wollt ihr bewegen? Schaut, ob die Projekte, die in der n\u00e4chsten Zeit anstehen oder die ihr zuletzt realisiert habt, diesem Ziel dienen oder nicht.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Geht es euch gut? Habt ihr Spa\u00df an dem was ihr macht? Trefft ihr euch manchmal gemeinsam, einfach nur um in eurem Garten, vor euren Wandbildern oder sonst wo zu sitzen, ein Kaltgetr\u00e4nk zu trinken und Veteran*innengeschichten auszutauschen?
