Damit hat man sicher den wenigsten Verwaltungsaufwand und kommt am schnellsten voran. Wir selbst haben \u00fcber mehrere Jahre auf genau diese Art viele kleine und einige durchaus gr\u00f6\u00dfere Projekte realisieren k\u00f6nnen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Irgendwann kommt aber der Moment, an dem es irgendeine Form von juristischer Person geben sollte. F\u00f6rdermittelgeber verlangen es und auch auf Vertragspartner*innen wirkt es solider. Sp\u00e4testens dann taucht die Idee auf, einen Verein zu gr\u00fcnden. Das hat den Vorteil, dass f\u00fcr Vereine die Gemeinn\u00fctzigkeit beantragt werden kann, wodurch Sponsoren ihre Zuwendungen steuerlich absetzen k\u00f6nnen und ihr nur dann f\u00fcr bestimmte F\u00f6rdert\u00f6pfe \u00fcberhaupt in Frage kommt. Einen Verein gr\u00fcnden bedeutet, einen relativ \u00fcberschaubaren Aufwand &#8211; allerdings lohnt es sich, sich vorher zu\u00a0 informieren, sonst macht ihr die Arbeit doppelt. Au\u00dferdem m\u00fcssen euch zwei Dinge klar sein: mit der Gr\u00fcndung eines e.V.\u2019s geht ein gewisser Verwaltungsaufwand einher: Mitgliederversammlungen m\u00fcssen einberufen, Listen gef\u00fchrt und T\u00e4tigkeitsberichte geschrieben werden. Au\u00dferdem \u00fcbernehmen die Vorst\u00e4nde eine gewisse Verantwortung. Und zweitens hat die Gr\u00fcndung eines Vereins und die Beantragung der Gemeinn\u00fctzigkeit einen gewissen Vorlauf. Die Gr\u00fcndung eines Vereins lohnt sich also nur, wenn ihr ein l\u00e4ngerfristiges Projekt plant (siehe Zeithorizont).<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Tr\u00e4gerverein als Zwischenl\u00f6sung &#8211; nichts h\u00e4lt so lange wie ein gutes Provisorium<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Eine Zwischenl\u00f6sung ist die Suche nach einem Tr\u00e4gerverein. In dem Fall sucht ihr nach einem bereits existierenden Verein bei euch in der Region, unter dessen \u201eDach\u201d und damit auch in dessen Namen ihr das Projekt dann realisieren k\u00f6nnt. Das braucht auf beiden Seiten ein gewisses Ma\u00df an Vertrauen: ihr m\u00fcsst dem Verein vertrauen, dass er euer Projekt nicht auf halbem Wege einstampft.
