Es gibt Momente, da klappt nichts, die Kollegen haben (wie immer!) ihre Aufgaben nicht gemacht, die H\u00e4lfte vom Material ist nicht da, daf\u00fcr fehlt auch die H\u00e4lfte der Leute, \u00fcberhaupt wird alles teurer als gedacht, es regnet, und im Kartoffelbeet w\u00e4chst nur Spargel.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Man kann die frustrierenden Momente ein bisschen besser machen. Schickt jemanden los, um Kaffee und Kuchen zu holen. Macht ein Feuer, das erhellt grunds\u00e4tzlich die Gem\u00fcter. Trommelt kurz alle zusammen und \u00fcberlegt, was gerade konkret st\u00f6rt: muss wirklich alles heute fertig werden, oder macht man jetzt noch mit geballter Kraft die zwei dringenden Dinge fertig und trifft sich n\u00e4chste Woche nochmal?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aber mindestens genauso wichtig: Feiert die guten Momente! Feiert euch selbst! Achtet darauf, dass ihr nach jedem Projekt mindestens einen sch\u00f6nen Moment zusammen habt (und nat\u00fcrlich m\u00f6glichst schon w\u00e4hrenddessen), wo ihr es euch gemeinsam gut gehen lasst &#8211; glaubt uns, kaum etwas ist so wichtig wie das!
