Aber ob es zus\u00e4tzlich stadtweit beworbene, spektakul\u00e4re Gro\u00dfveranstaltungen geben muss h\u00e4ngt von euch ab. F\u00fcr die \u00d6ffentlichkeitsarbeit sind sie nat\u00fcrlich super, und oft gewinnt man so auch neue\u00a0 Mitstreiter*innen. Ob es f\u00fcr die Finanzen hilft, unterscheidet sich sehr stark: es gibt Projekte, die damit regelm\u00e4\u00dfig ihre Kasse sanieren und Projekte, die grunds\u00e4tzlich draufzahlen. Da wir zu Letzteren geh\u00f6ren, k\u00f6nnen wir euch nicht sagen, was den Unterschied macht.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In jedem Fall ist es immer ein riesiger Aufwand! Redet vorher im Team dar\u00fcber, wer darauf Lust hat, wer\u00a0 Verantwortung \u00fcbernehmen, wer nur mitmachen will und wer sich am liebsten ganz raush\u00e4lt. (Das beinhaltet auch das Aufr\u00e4umen!). Denn es gibt immer solche unter den Mitstreiter*innen, die f\u00fcr die Events leben: im Alltag sieht man sie nur gelegentlich, aber kaum steht ein Fest bevor, drehen sie auf, sind \u00fcberall zugleich und widmen fast jede Sekunde ihrer Zeit diesem Unterfangen. Genauso aber gibt es die, die sich am liebsten im Alltag um ihre Beete k\u00fcmmern oder woraus auch immer euer Projekt besteht und Events eher tolerieren &#8211; solange danach nicht die ganze Fl\u00e4che wochenlang unaufger\u00e4umt ist! Redet vorher mit allen Beteiligten dar\u00fcber, wie sie zu Events stehen, was sie davon erwarten, und wie stark sie sich selbst einbringen wollen.
