Egal, wo ihr seid, egal, was ihr tut: irgend jemand tut da auch etwas, hat da mal was gemacht, oder will da mal was machen. Meistens tun Dutzende andere Akteure da gerade jetzt etwas. Lernt sie kennen! Wem geh\u00f6ren die Fl\u00e4chen, H\u00e4user und Garagen, welche Firmen und Gesch\u00e4fte sind in der Gegend, welche Vereine und KiTas gibt es? Redet mit den Schulen und den Sozialarbeiter*innen, dem Quartiersmanagment und den Stra\u00dfenfeger*innen und nat\u00fcrlich der Nachbarschaft. Oft macht ein kurzes Gespr\u00e4ch den entscheidenden Unterschied, ob jemand das Gef\u00fchl hat, dass ihr auf seinem\/ihrem Territorium wildert, oder euer Projekt als netten kleinen Zusatz zu seiner eigenen Arbeit empfindet und vielleicht sogar ein bisschen unterst\u00fctzt.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Wichtig dabei ist: jeder dieser Akteure hat seine eigenen Sorgen, sein eigenes Kerngesch\u00e4ft. Eine KiTa hilft euch vielleicht mit allem m\u00f6glichen – vor allem aber muss sie immer und zu jedem Zeitpunkt sicher stellen, dass der KiTa-Betrieb l\u00e4uft. Zeigt, dass euch die Sorgen der anderen bewusst sind! Redet mit Ihnen, ob euer Hochbeet ausgerechnet an der Stelle bl\u00f6d steht, weil sie da das Essen ausladen, sucht gemeinsam nach einer L\u00f6sung.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Respektiert ihre Arbeit: vielleicht findet ihr insgeheim total bl\u00f6d, was sie tun oder wie sie es tun – aber sie tun es seit vielen Jahren, und ihr seid neu im Quartier. Fragt, warum sie es so machen und nicht anders; vielleicht finden sie eure Idee super, vielleicht haben sie sie aber auch schon vor Jahren versucht, und k\u00f6nnen euch sagen, warum eure wunderbare Idee ausgerechnet in diesem Viertel nicht funktioniert.<\/span><\/p>\n
